Our core alloy range spans from austenitic steels to complex Duplex and Super Duplex classes, including Duplex 2205 and Super Duplex 2507. These materials are heavily demanded in demanding environments such as military, semiconductor processing, biotechnology, precision instruments, petrochemical processes, marine engineering, and heat exchangers.
Our coiled tubing solutions are offered in outer diameters ranging from 0.125 inch (3.175 mm) to 1 inch (25.4 mm), with wall thicknesses up to 0.165 inch (3 mm). For critical umbilical system manufacturing, we can supply continuous lengths up to 32,800 feet (10,000 meters). This significantly minimizes the risk of weld seam failures in offshore oil and gas drilling operations.
A comprehensive analysis of austenitic, duplex, and nickel-alloy stainless steel sheets and tubes under high-stress conditions.
Austenitic grades (such as 304, 316L, 321) feature a face-centered cubic (FCC) crystal structure, providing excellent ductility, toughness, and non-magnetic properties. By keeping carbon levels low in our "L" variants (e.g., 316L), we prevent chromium carbide precipitation at grain boundaries during welding. This mitigates intergranular corrosion when exposed to aggressive chemical media.
Duplex 2205 and Super Duplex 2507 utilize a balanced 50:50 ratio of austenite and ferrite. This dual microstructure offers double the yield strength of standard austenitic alloys, along with high resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking (SCC). With a Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number (PREN) exceeding 40 for Super Duplex, these materials resist localized pitting and crevice corrosion.
Our Incoloy 800/825 and Inconel 625 alloys are designed for extreme thermal and corrosive challenges. Incoloy 800 resists oxidation and carburization at elevated temperatures. Inconel 625, alloyed with molybdenum and niobium, provides excellent mechanical stability from cryogenic ranges up to 982°C. This makes it ideal for offshore piping, aerospace exhausts, and chemical processing.
At Liaocheng Sihe, we use Bright Annealing (BA) processes in a controlled hydrogen atmosphere to prevent oxidation and scale formation. This method retains a highly reflective finish while relieving internal stresses from cold-drawing. Every batch undergoes non-destructive evaluation (NDE), including online eddy current and ultrasonic testing. This process detects micro-fissures and wall-thickness anomalies, ensuring complete compliance with ASTM and EN manufacturing specifications.
