Sihe Steel
High-temperature resistant alloy 310s stainless steel tubing products and specifications.
Stainless steels are known as high-alloy steels. They are classified into ferritic, austenitic, and martensitic steels based on their crystalline structure.
Grade 310S stainless steel is superior than 304 or 309 stainless steel in most environments, because it has high nickel and chromium content. It has high corrosion resistance and strength in temperatures up to 1149°C (2100°F). The following datasheet gives more details about grade 310S stainless steel.

Seamless coiled tubing is the preferred solution for critical high-performance applications due to the total absence of weld seams, eliminating the risk of impurities often associated with welded tubes.
Grade 310S has high nickel (19-22%) and chromium (24-26%) contents. This composition gives the steel exceptional oxidation resistance and strength at operating temperatures up to 1149°C (2100°F).
The coiled tubing conforms to industry-standard specifications ASTM A269 and ASTM A249, ensuring reliability for general service, boilers, and heat exchanger systems.
Outer diameters range from 6.52mm to 20mm with wall thicknesses between 0.2mm to 2.0mm. Standard tolerances are ±0.1mm for outer diameter and ±10% for wall thickness.
Seamless coiled tubing prevents structural impurities that can sometimes occur along weld lines. It provides enhanced pressure resistance, lower leakage risks, reduced fitting requirements, and decreased installation costs.
The coiled tubes undergo comprehensive testing processes including compression tests, flaring tests, bending tests, 100% hardness tests, stretch tests, and air tightness tests.
Continuous coiled tubes can be supplied in lengths ranging from 300 meters to 3500 meters per coil, depending on specific diameter and thickness requirements.
