Table 4. Grade specifications for 316L stainless steels.
The stainless steel coiled tubes are manufactured in accordance with the ASTM A269 and ASTM A249 standards, ensuring high quality and reliability for heat-exchanger and general service applications.
We support a wide range of steel grades including TP304, TP316L, 304, 316, 310S, 2205, 825, and 625, fitting various corrosion-resistant and high-temperature environment requirements.
Due to their uniform wall thickness and excellent tolerance precision, these coiled tubes are widely used in refrigeration equipment, evaporators, gas-liquid delivery systems, condensers, and beverage machines.
The outer diameter ranges from 6.52mm to 20mm, with wall thicknesses between 0.2mm and 2mm. The tolerances are tightly managed with OD at ±0.1mm, wall thickness at ±10%, and length tolerance at -0/+6mm.
316L stainless steel has a density of 8000 kg/m³ and an elastic modulus of 193 GPa. Mechanically, it features a minimum tensile strength of 485 MPa, minimum yield strength of 170 MPa, and maximum hardness of 95 HRB / 217 HB.
To ensure safety during transit, the coiled tubes (available in lengths of 300 to 3500 meters per coil) are securely packed using iron pallets, wooden pallets, or robust poly bags depending on requirements.
