Sihe Steel
Engineered for high-temperature exhaust piping, extreme chemical environments, and precision instrumentation applications.
A comprehensive technical evaluation of high-chromium, high-nickel austenitic stainless steel under continuous high-temperature service.
Grade 310S (UNS S31008) is low carbon variant optimized for welding, featuring 24-26% Chromium and 19-22% Nickel. This high alloy content imparts exceptional oxidation resistance in continuous environments up to 1150°C (2102°F), suppressing chromium depletion and scale formation under cyclic temperatures.
Liaocheng Sihe employs advanced TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and plasma arc automatic welding systems. By strictly managing the welding heat input and ferrite content, we eliminate hot cracking risks inherent in fully austenitic weldments, maintaining complete structural uniformity and weld seam integrity.
At high temperatures, resistance is dependent on creep strength. 310 stainless steel exhibits significantly higher creep rupture strength compared to 304 or 316. The rich chromium oxide barrier provides persistent protection in sulfidizing, carburizing, and reducing gases, ensuring a longer operational lifespan.
From China, we operate six highly automated production lines. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality stainless steel coiled tubes, stainless steel polishing tubes, and stainless steel seamless coiled tubing. Our manufacturing processes strictly conform to GB, ASTM, ASME, JIS, and EN standard requirements.
Our product lineup features high-grade steel types including 304/304L, 316L, 321, 317L, 309S, 310S, and INCOLOY 800. We also produce duplex variants such as Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507, Incoloy 825, and Inconel 625 series along with other specialized alloy steels.
We supply materials to major global projects in the military, semiconductor, pharmaceutical biotechnology, precision instruments, hydraulic parts, chemical industries, boilers, heat exchangers, aerospace, automotive, electronics, petroleum exploration, precision machinery, rail transit, shipbuilding, air conditioning, solar energy, and water heater sectors.
Our coiled tubing is available in outer diameters ranging from 0.125 inches (3.175 mm) to 1 inch (25.4 mm). The maximum wall thickness reaches 0.165 inches (3 mm), and we can deliver continuous lengths up to 32,800 feet (10,000 meters) without orbital welds, minimizing connection points and maximizing pipeline safety.
As gas and oil extractions extend into deeper waters, harsh marine environments require robust materials. Our coiled tubing provides high corrosion resistance for umbilical pipelines, ensuring safety and reliability. Solving these industry challenges drives our focus on product development.
Liaocheng Sihe has a ten-year history of manufacturing stainless steel coils across three specialized production lines. We utilize advanced bright annealing equipment to perform online softening treatments, ensuring consistent mechanical properties and scale-free, mirror-bright internal and external surfaces.
Every batch of tubing undergoes rigorous quality control. This includes compression testing, flaring testing, bending testing, 100% hardness inspections, tensile testing, and high-pressure air tightness testing. Today, our products are exported to over 30 countries, including the US, Germany, Spain, South America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe.

Combining technological integration with logistics infrastructure to guarantee product quality and reliable delivery cycles.
Liaocheng Sihe utilizes digital management systems to track processes from raw steel smelting to final pressure testing. Automated controls manage temperature profiles during bright annealing, maintaining precise chromium distribution within the steel's crystal structure to prevent carbide precipitation.
Our raw material procurement involves partnerships with top-tier steel mills to ensure stable inputs. By integrating raw stock processing with automated drawing, welding, and surface treatment in one facility, we reduce logistics delays and maintain stable pricing during market fluctuations.
Our facilities are designed to scale production as needed. Whether supplying standard 310S piping or custom-engineered nickel alloy capillary tubing, we adjust production schedules to maintain delivery times for both high-volume contracts and custom test runs.
Additionally, our facility is situated near key transport hubs, enabling efficient container packing and domestic transport to major ports. We utilize protective packaging methods, including moisture-resistant wrapping and reinforced steel framing, to protect the tubes from physical damage and marine corrosion during transit.
This systematic manufacturing approach minimizes material waste, reduces production steps, and controls processing costs. Consequently, global buyers receive high-quality materials that comply with international standards at competitive pricing.

We devote ourselves to developing new products with state-of-art technologies.
Used in automotive exhaust systems, chemical pipelines, and precision instrument connections.
Providing high-temperature and corrosion-resistant tubing solutions for key industrial sectors worldwide.
Innovative processes developed to support the transition toward higher efficiency and reduced carbon footprints.
Our R&D team works to refine weld-seam crystallization. By adjusting shielding gas mixtures and cooling rates, we minimize segregation of elements like Chromium and Silicon. This process ensures the weld seam exhibits mechanical properties comparable to the base metal.
As industries transition to hydrogen-rich and biofuel environments, high-temperature components face new corrosion mechanisms. Our testing verifies the performance of 310S and nickel alloys against hydrogen embrittlement and high-temperature oxidation in hydrogen combustion environments.
For deep-sea subsea applications, we are expanding production to deliver longer continuous tube assemblies. By refining the drawing process, we aim to produce coils longer than 10,000 meters, helping customers simplify installation by reducing intermediate joining steps.
