Representing the standard 18/8 (Chromium-Nickel) alloy class, SUS304 is the primary choice for applications requiring excellent formability and oxidation resistance at a competitive capital cost. However, it remains vulnerable to chloride-induced pitting in marine or aggressive chemical environments.
Enhanced with 2-3% Molybdenum, SUS316 exhibits significantly higher resistance to localized pitting, crevice corrosion, and acidic compounds. Ideal for marine structures, petrochemical lines, and heavy-duty geothermal heat exchangers exposed to high chloride levels.
Both SUS304L and SUS316L are formulated with carbon levels restricted below 0.030%. This prevents intergranular carbide precipitation during welding, preserving the mechanical properties and corrosion barrier at heat-affected joints without the need for post-weld annealing.

Utilizing pure hydrogen protective gas control, our continuous online bright annealing furnaces soft-treat stainless steel tubing at temperatures up to 1050°C. This ensures a clean, oxide-free surface finish both inside and outside the tube, protecting against micro-contamination.
We perform pneumatic, hydrostatic, eddy current, and air-tightness testing. Every coil undergoes hardness testing (HRB/HRC), tensile tests, flaring, flattening, and dimensional verification to guarantee they are leak-free and capable of operating under high pressure.
