Product Description

Stainless Steel Coil Tube Stainless Steel Tube Coil Stainless Steel Coil Tubing Stainless Steel Coil Pipe Stainless Steel Coil Tube Suppliers Stainless Steel Coil Tube Manufacturers Stainless Steel Pipe Coil

Stainless steel capillary and stainless steel small tubes are widely used in medical treatment, fiber-optics, pen making, electronic welding products, light cable joints, food, vintage, dairy, drinks, pharmacy, and biochemistry. Different lengths can be provided according to specific requests.

Capillary tubes with a maximum bore of 0.0158 in. are available in a wide range of stainless steels. These capillary tubes are characterized by tight tolerances, and the inside surface of the tubes is free from oil, grease, and other particles. This ensures, for example, an optimized and even flow of liquids and gases from the sensor to the measuring instrument.

Stainless steel coiled tubing is available in a range of different product forms depending on the customer requirements. Both welded and seamless tube products are manufactured. The standard grades are 304, 304L, 316L (UNS S31603), Duplex 2205 (UNS S32205 & S31803), Super Duplex 2507 (UNS S32750), Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825), and Inconel 625 (UNS N06625). Other grades of stainless steel in duplex, superduplex, and nickel alloy are available on request.

Diameter ranges from 3mm (0.118’’) to 25.4mm (1.00’’) OD. Wall thickness ranges from 0.5mm (0.020’’) to 3mm (0.118’’). Tubing can be supplied in the annealed or cold-worked stainless steel control line pipe condition.

A2: Standard grades include 304, 304L, 316L (UNS S31603), Duplex 2205 (UNS S32205 & S31803), Super Duplex 2507 (UNS S32750), Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825), and Inconel 625 (UNS N06625). Other custom nickel alloys and duplex grades are available on request.
Q3: How are working pressure limits adjusted for high-temperature environments?
A3: Working pressure limits are adjusted by multiplying the reference pressure rating (at 100°F/38°C) by a specific grade and temperature adjustment factor. For example, seamless TP 316L has an adjustment factor of 0.87 at 200°F (93°C) and 0.70 at 300°F (149°C).
Q4: What dimensional sizes and tolerances do you provide for coiled tubing?
A4: Outer diameters range from 3mm (0.118’’) to 25.4mm (1.00’’) with wall thicknesses from 0.5mm (0.020’’) to 3mm (0.118’’). Precision tolerance ranges down to ±0.01mm for specific diameters.
Q5: What tests are performed to ensure the quality of control line tubing?
A5: To guarantee high performance, the tubing undergoes non-destructive tests, hydrostatic tests, surface finish controls, dimensional accuracy measurements, flare/coning tests, as well as mechanical and chemical property testing.
Q6: What makes the capillary tubes optimized for sensor and measurement applications?
A6: The capillary tubes feature exceptionally clean inner surfaces free from oil, grease, and other particulates. This ensures an optimized, even, and unobstructed flow of liquids and gases to the measuring instruments.
