Sihe Steel
Engineered to conform strictly with international standards: GB, ASTM, ASME, JIS, and EN.
Grade 321 (UNS S32100) is an austenitic stainless steel stabilized with titanium (Ti). It is engineered for industrial environments exposed to high temperatures within the critical carbide precipitation range of 800°F (427°C) to 1500°F (816°C). Under standard conditions, non-stabilized austenitic steels (such as Grade 304) suffer from sensitization, where chromium carbides precipitate at the grain boundaries, depleting chromium and inducing rapid intergranular corrosion (IGC).
By alloying with titanium, which has a higher chemical affinity for carbon than chromium, titanium carbides (TiC) precipitate preferentially. This leaves the chromium uniformly distributed throughout the metallic matrix, preserving its corrosion resistance and mechanical integrity in severe thermal operations.

Our prices depend on steel alloy markets, raw material availability, and order volumes. We will send an updated price list once you contact us with your specific size and grade parameters.
Yes, international orders require an ongoing MOQ. If you wish to source smaller, specialized trial batches, please contact our export sales desk for customized shipping options.
Yes. We provide complete mill test certificates in accordance with EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2, Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Conformance, Origin certification, and cargo export insurance.
For standard samples, the lead time is approximately 7 days. For volume manufacturing runs, the lead time is 20 to 30 days following deposit confirmation and technical drawing approval.
We accept wire transfer (T/T), Western Union, and PayPal: a 30% advance deposit is required, with the remaining 70% balance paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
We warranty our material properties, chemical composition, and welding craft. Our corporate culture is focused on resolving any client material concerns to ensure performance integrity.
Yes. We use heavy-duty export packaging, including wooden crates, waterproof wrapping, and core supports to prevent damage. We also use specialized packaging for maritime transport.
Shipping fees depend on the selected transport method. Ocean freight is the most cost-effective solution for large-volume orders, while air express is faster but costlier. Contact us with details of your delivery port and cargo volume for an accurate freight estimate.
Grade 321 contains titanium to prevent sensitization (chromium carbide precipitation) when working within the 800°F to 1500°F (427°C–816°C) range. Grade 304 and 316 are prone to intergranular corrosion in this range, making 321 the preferred choice for high-temperature service.
We manufacture continuous seamless coiled tubing spools up to 32,800 feet (10,000 meters) without orbital welds. This is ideal for subsea oil and gas umbilicals, chemical injection lines, and high-pressure downhole control lines.
