Heat exchanger tube in an extensive range of austenitic stainless steels, duplex stainless steels, nickel alloys, titanium and zirconium, suitable for all types of heat exchangers, such as seawater coolers, condensers, evaporators, heaters and reheaters.
Heat exchanger Tubes are used in all types of process industries. Characteristic requirements are: bead worked weld, fixed lengths and extensive testing.

Each U bend tube of our range is rigorously quality checked by our team of talented professionals on every stage of production to deliver the clients defect free best quality products.
We use Cold Drawn technology to produce U bend tube.
U bend tubes production will be in accordance with customer's drawings.
To avoid oxidation, inert gas (Argon) is passed through tubes ID at the required flow rate.
The radius is checked for its OD and wall thinning with the recommended specification.
We'll choose three different positions or as customer requires to make sure tubes quality, conducting physical properties and micro-structure tests.
Visual inspection for waviness and cracks is performed with the Dye Penetrant Test.
Each tube is then hydro tested at the recommended pressure to check for leakage.

The quality of our products for the control line in oil and gas sector is assured not just during the controlled manufacturing process but also by way of finished product testing. Typical tests include:
A1: These pipes commonly comply with ASTM A312, ASTM A269, and ASTM A213 standards. Commonly supplied grades include S304/304L, 316/316L, 317L, 321/321H, 410, and Duplex 2205 (UNS S31803).
A2: Each U bend tube undergoes rigorous verification, including checking the radius for outside diameter (OD) and wall thinning, physical properties and micro-structure testing, Dye Penetrant Tests to detect waviness and cracks, and hydrostatic leakage testing at the recommended pressures.
A3: Unless specified otherwise, the inner and outer surfaces are temporarily protected with a thin film of light mineral oil. Tube ends are supplied plain and square-cut, and they can be deburred upon customer request.
A4: Typical quality assurance tests include non-destructive tests, hydrostatic tests, surface finish checks, dimensional accuracy measurements, flare and coning tests, and mechanical and chemical properties verification.
A5: Precision capillary tubes are utilized in medical devices, temperature sensors/thermometers, industrial antennas, precision watch elements, laser engraving units, printer needles, heating/oil industrial processes, and microphone or audio equipment components.
A6: Each individual piece is protected by a woven bag, and then safely packed inside seaworthy wooden cases to ensure safe transportation globally.
