Sihe Steel
Stainless steel Super Duplex 2507 is designed to handle highly corrosive conditions and situations where high strength is required. High molybdenum, chromium, and nitrogen content in Super Duplex 2507 help the material withstand pitting and crevice corrosion. The material is also resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking, erosion corrosion, corrosion fatigue, and general corrosion in acids. This alloy has good weldability and very high mechanical strength.

Super Duplex 2507 is designed for highly corrosive conditions and applications requiring high strength. With its high molybdenum, chromium, and nitrogen content, it provides exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, chloride stress corrosion cracking, erosion corrosion, and acid attacks, alongside excellent weldability.
The coiled tubes conform to standard ASTM A269 and ASTM A249 specifications. They are available in various grades including TP304, TP316L, 304, 316, 310S, 2205, 825, 625, and Super Duplex 2507.
The common outer diameter (OD) range is between 6.52mm and 20mm, with wall thicknesses spanning from 0.2mm to 2mm. General tolerances are ±0.1mm for OD, ±10% for wall thickness, and length deviation around -0/+6mm.
Depending on customer specification and sizing needs, individual continuous coil lengths typically range from 300 meters up to 3500 meters per coil.
These coiled tubes are widely used in refrigeration systems, evaporators, condensers, liquid and gas transport lines, beverage processing machinery, oil & gas instrumentation, and water heating systems.
Coiled tubes are available in soft, half-hard, or soft bright annealed states. To ensure safe transport, they are packed on iron pallets, wooden pallets, or enclosed in poly bags.
