Sihe Steel
Engineered for extreme high-temperature and highly corrosive subsea and industrial processing applications.
AISI 310 (UNS S31000) and its low-carbon derivative 310S (UNS S31008) are premium high-alloy austenitic stainless steels engineered for service in severe, elevated-temperature environments. Crucially differentiated by their high Chromium (24-26%) and Nickel (19-22%) content, these alloys form a robust, self-healing oxide layer when subjected to temperatures up to 1150°C (2102°F) under continuous service, and up to 1035°C (1895°F) under cyclic thermal conditions.
The metallurgical matrix of 310 stainless steel coiled tubing guarantees superior resistance to sulfidation, carburization, and thermal shock. Compared to standard austenitic grades like 304 or 316, the elevated nickel and chromium phases prevent severe oxidation scaling by stabilizing the face-centered cubic (FCC) crystal lattice. This structural stability minimizes creep-rupture degradation over thousands of continuous service hours, making it the material of choice for demanding heat-treatment furnaces, chemical processing reactors, and marine environments.
"For subsea operations and critical aerospace applications, we control carbon levels strictly below 0.08% (310S specifications). This prevents sensitization during welding operations and eliminates the threat of intergranular corrosion."

How procurement departments manage risks, ensure material compliance, and optimize supply-chain logistics.
Global procurement teams prioritize vendors capable of mitigating logistics disruptions. Sihe Stainless Steel manages raw material inventory buffers to ensure stable delivery lead times during global freight bottlenecks, guaranteeing a resilient flow of 310 coil tubes to major infrastructure projects in the USA, Germany, and the Middle East.
Industrial installations operating under PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) or ASME boiler and pressure vessel codes require complete material traceability. We supply continuous EN 10204 3.1 certification, ASTM A269/A213/A312 compliant test protocols, and comprehensive heat chemistry data, eliminating QA bottlenecks at point of delivery.
Procuring low-quality coiled tubing risks catastrophic downtime during thermal cycling. Investing in Sihe's online bright-annealed 310S tubing reduces weld frequency, eliminates microscopic leak pathways, and minimizes system maintenance schedules—yielding substantial life-cycle cost savings over conventional segmented tubing.
Liaocheng Sihe Stainless Steel Material LTD operates 6 advanced high-precision continuous cold-drawing and bright annealing lines. Driven by Factory 4.0 philosophies, our production facility features automated dimensional control monitors that detect wall thickness variation down to ±0.05 mm, ensuring perfect concentricity over extremely long lengths.
A cornerstone of our production capability is the introduction of world-first online bright annealing technology under a protective pure hydrogen atmosphere. Unlike traditional batch annealing, this method treats the stainless steel tubing inline, maintaining structural softness, eliminating internal residual stresses, and delivering an exceptionally bright, scale-free internal and external finish.
