Super alloys have the ability to function at very high temperatures and mechanical stress, and also where high surface stability is required. They have good creep and oxidation resistance, and can be produced in a variety of shapes. They can be strengthened by solid-solution hardening, work hardening, and precipitation hardening.
Super alloys consist of a number of elements in a variety of combinations to achieve the desired result. They are further classified into three groups such as cobalt-based, nickel-based, and iron-based alloys.
Incoloy(r) alloy 825 is an austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy which is added with other alloying elements in order to improve its chemical corrosion resistant property. The following datasheet will provide more details about Incoloy(r) alloy 825.

Production of stainless steel coiled tube and stainless steel pipe features processing capabilities including bending, stretching, saw cutting, stamping, and polishing. These products are widely used in bathroom pendants, hanger accessories, hardware, condensation water heating equipment, and hotel supplies. The production line utilizes advanced bright annealing technology for online softening treatment. Seamless coiled tubing is highly preferred in critical applications because it eliminates the risk of impurities often associated with welded tubing. It improves system safety and reliability, offers greater corrosion resistance, reduces the number of fittings required (preventing leaks), and lowers installation costs due to simpler setups.
The coiled tubes comply with standard specifications including ASTM A269 and ASTM A249. Available material grades cover a wide spectrum including TP304, TP316L, 304, 316, 310S, 2205, alloy 825, and alloy 625.
Alloy 825 is an austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy. It contains approximately 38-46% Nickel (Ni), 22% Iron (Fe), 19.5-23.5% Chromium (Cr), 2.50-3.50% Molybdenum (Mo), 1.50-3.0% Copper (Cu), and 0.60-1.20% Titanium (Ti), along with trace elements of Manganese, Silicon, Aluminum, Carbon, and Sulfur.
Coiled tubing is available in outer diameters ranging from 6.52mm to 25.4mm with wall thicknesses between 0.2mm and 2mm. Dimensional tolerances are precisely controlled: OD tolerance is ±0.1mm, wall thickness tolerance is ±10%, and coil lengths range from 300 to 3500 meters per coil.
These coiled tubes are widely used in critical instrumentation, petrochemical systems, boilers, heat exchangers, food and beverage processing, refrigeration equipment, CNG piping, desalination and geothermal plants, as well as oil and gas extraction equipment.
Incoloy alloy 825 features a density of 8.14 g/cm³ and a melting point of 1385°C (2525°F). In its annealed state, it delivers a tensile strength of 690 MPa, a yield strength of 310 MPa, and an elongation at break of 45%, making it exceptionally strong and stable under high thermal and mechanical stress.
