What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is approximately 7 days. For mass production, the standard lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. Lead times become active once we receive the deposit and have final approval for your products. If our lead times do not align with your schedule, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We strive to accommodate your timeline in most cases.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make payments directly to our bank account, via Western Union, or PayPal. The standard term is a 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance due against a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we always use high-quality export packaging. We utilize specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature-sensitive items. Specialist packaging and non-standard packaging requirements may incur an additional charge.
How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery method you choose. Express delivery is the fastest but most expensive option. For large quantities, ocean freight is the most cost-effective solution.
