Sihe Steel
Super alloys have the ability to function at very high temperatures and mechanical stress, and also where high surface stability is required. They have good creep and oxidation resistance, and can be produced in a variety of shapes. They can be strengthened by solid-solution hardening, work hardening, and precipitation hardening.
Super alloys consist of a number of elements in a variety of combinations to achieve the desired result. They are further classified into three groups such as cobalt-based, nickel-based, and iron-based alloys.
Incoloy(r) alloy 825 is an austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy which is added with other alloying elements in order to improve its chemical corrosion resistant property. The following datasheet will provide more details about Incoloy(r) alloy 825.

Our manufacturing workshop utilizes three production lines of stainless steel coiled tube and stainless steel pipe. With exporting experience spanning more than ten years, we offer integrated processes including bending, stretching, saw cutting, stamping, polishing, and a series of advanced processing options. Our stainless steel products are widely used in bathroom pendants, hanger accessories, hardware, condensation water heating equipment, hotel supplies, and more. We welcome domestic and foreign customers to provide drawings or samples.
The production of stainless steel coil has a ten-year history. With two continuous welded pipe production lines, our equipment is fully complete and utilizes leading industry technology. We have introduced world-class bright annealing technology, which allows for on-line softening treatment of stainless steel pipe. In addition, we conduct compression testing, flaring testing, bending tests, 100% hardness tests, tensile testing, and air tightness tests to ensure reliable quality. Currently, 80% of our coil products are exported to global markets.
Seamless coiled tubing is the primary choice in most critical applications, as there is zero risk of impurities that are often associated with welded coiled tubing.
