Sihe Steel
High-alloy austenitic stainless steel designed for exceptional high-temperature performance and corrosion resistance.
Stainless steels are known as high-alloy steels. They are classified into ferritic, austenitic, and martensitic steels based on their crystalline structure.
Grade 310S stainless steel is superior to 304 or 309 stainless steel in most environments because it has high nickel and chromium content. It delivers outstanding corrosion resistance and strength in temperatures up to 1149°C (2100°F).

Seamless coiled tubing is the optimal choice for critical applications. By eliminating the weld seam, it removes the risk of impurities often associated with welded options, offering:
With a ten-year history of producing high-quality stainless steel coils, our production lines manufacture continuous welded pipes using industry-leading processes. Implementing advanced bright annealing technologies, online softening treatments are successfully performed on stainless steel pipes. Additionally, we conduct rigorous quality testing—including compression, flaring, bending, 100% hardness, stretch, and air tightness tests—ensuring highly reliable quality and competitive pricing for global export markets.
Grade 310S features high nickel and chromium content, giving it superior corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength at extreme temperatures up to 1149°C (2100°F) compared to standard grades like 304 or 309.
Our coiled tubes are manufactured in compliance with international standards, primarily ASTM A269 and ASTM A249 specifications.
We supply outer diameters ranging from 6.52mm to 20mm, wall thicknesses from 0.2mm to 2mm, and continuous lengths from 300 to 3500 meters per coil. The general tolerances are OD ±0.1mm and wall thickness ±10%.
Seamless coiled tubing eliminates the risk of weld-zone impurities, offers higher pressure ratings, superior corrosion resistance, and dramatically reduces the number of inline fittings. This minimizes potential leak points and installation labor costs.
All tubing undergoes a complete series of rigorous tests including flaring, compression, bending, 100% hardness tests, tensile testing, and high-pressure air tightness testing to guarantee zero leaks and consistent material hardness.
