Explore our wholesale selection of high-precision stainless steel coiled tubes, capillary lines, and structural sheets manufactured to extreme industrial tolerances.
A trusted global leader in seamless & welded coiled tubing technology.
For over ten years, Liaocheng Sihe Stainless Steel Material LTD has specialized in the manufacturing and supply of high-end stainless steel coiled tubing, stainless steel polishing tubes, and seamless coiled tubes. Armed with six state-of-the-art production lines, our industrial plant produces products according to strict international standards including GB, ASTM, ASME, JIS, and EN.
Our commitment to excellence has allowed us to supply materials to over 30 countries and regions, including the United States, Germany, Spain, South America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. Today, approximately 80% of our precision coil exports supply key energy, aerospace, and semiconductor sectors worldwide.
We implement an online bright annealing system which enables inline softening of ultra-long tubes, eliminating scaling and guaranteeing a pristine, highly mirror-polished interior and exterior finish.
Our facility ensures 100% reliability through strict quality control protocols. Each batch of tubing goes through an extensive battery of mechanical and structural tests:
This strict testing framework guarantees our high-precision materials perform flawlessly in defense, semiconductor fabrication, and chemical process plant applications.
Liaocheng Sihe coiled tubing and steel sheets support complex systems across multiple advanced sectors.
A technical guide for industrial engineers, procurement officers, and project managers sourcing stainless steel and nickel-alloy coiled tubing.
Industrial applications in deepwater subsea operations, chemical processing, and marine environments present highly corrosive, high-chloride challenges. Sourcing materials with proper Pitting Resistance Equivalent Numbers (PREN) protects installations against localized pitting and stress corrosion cracking (SCC).
We work with standard Austenitic steels (304/304L, 316L, 321, 317L, 309S, 310S) and advanced Duplex grades (Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507) as well as nickel alloys (Incoloy 800, Incoloy 825, Inconel 625) to meet specific operational pressures and high temperatures.
Modern automated hydraulic and semiconductor gas supply networks require tight wall thickness (WT) and outer diameter (OD) tolerances. Liaocheng Sihe produces tubes down to 0.125" (3.175mm) OD with minimal variance, which ensures leak-free fitment with standard compression fittings.
Selecting the right alloy depends on temperature, chloride levels, and pressure. Below is a metallurgical breakdown of our primary grades:
| Grade Class | Alloy Specification | PREN (Approx) | Primary Benefits | Key Applications |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Austenitic | 304 / 304L | 18 - 20 | Cost-effective, high formability | General industrial, food processing, solar |
| Austenitic | 316 / 316L | 23 - 25 | Enhanced resistance to pitting & acids | Marine, pharmaceutical, chemical exchangers |
| Duplex Steel | Duplex 2205 | 34 - 36 | High yield strength, high SCC resistance | Offshore oil platforms, marine heat exchangers |
| Super Duplex | Super Duplex 2507 | > 40 | Extreme mechanical strength, zero chloride pitting | Subsea umbilicals, deep ocean oil extraction |
| Nickel Alloys | Incoloy 825 / Inconel 625 | > 45 | Outstanding resistance to high-temperature scaling and oxidizing media | Aerospace turbines, sour gas (H2S) service, nuclear reactors |
As deep-sea oil drilling and carbon capture installations push operational boundaries, the demand for high-performance tubing solutions has grown. Our technological roadmap focuses on these critical paths:
Modern engineering projects require comprehensive documentation and regulatory compliance. Liaocheng Sihe is committed to providing materials that meet global project standards:
We provide full-service manufacturing capabilities to meet custom mechanical requirements.
We work closely with project teams to process coils into ready-to-install components. Our service capacities include:
Our duplex 2205 and austenitic grades offer seamless continuous tubing with zero orbital welds, suitable for hydraulic control lines and deepwater oil umbilicals.
Available in outer diameters from 1/8" to 1", with walls up to 3mm, our tubing provides excellent strength and tolerance control in chemical plants.
Designed for extreme high-temperature service up to 1100°C, 310/310S coils resist oxidation and deformation in boilers and furnaces.

Key information regarding international supply, order logistics, compliance documentation, and technical support.
Our wholesale prices are dynamic and vary depending on base alloy supply (nickel, molybdenum, chromium index) and energy costs. Please contact our sales team with your exact specifications (alloy grade, diameter, wall thickness, total volume) for a current pricelist.
Yes, we require minimum order quantities for international shipments. These minimums depend on whether the requested dimensions are standard stock items or require custom manufacturing runs. Please reach out to discuss your project requirements.
Absolutely. All shipments include standard Material Test Reports (MTR) matching EN 10204 3.1 requirements. We also provide Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Conformance, Insurance documents, Certificates of Origin, and third-party inspection certifications as requested.
For sample stock orders, the lead time is approximately 7 days. For standard mass production runs, the lead time is 20-30 days after receipt of down payment and final drawing approvals. We work closely with our clients to accommodate urgent project timelines.
Our standard payment terms are a 30% deposit in advance via Bank Transfer (T/T), with the remaining 70% balance paid against presentation of the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept payments via Western Union and PayPal for smaller orders.
Yes, we warrant both materials and workmanship. In the event of material non-conformance, our engineering and quality departments work to resolve all issues through replacement or credit, ensuring full customer satisfaction.
We use heavy-duty export packaging designed for long-distance transport. Coils are securely wrapped and packed in wooden crates or metal frames. We also employ specialized packaging for temperature-sensitive alloys or high-value materials to prevent mechanical damage during sea freight.
Shipping costs depend on the shipping volume, total weight, delivery port, and chosen carrier. While express delivery options are available for samples, sea freight is the most cost-effective solution for large-volume wholesale orders. We can provide shipping quotes once order details are finalized.
