Our prices depend on raw material market fluctuations, alloying element costs (nickel, molybdenum), sizing, tolerances, and ordering volumes. Since we operate directly out of our production facility in Liaocheng, China, we offer competitive wholesale prices. Do you enforce a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for international orders?
Yes, we require all international orders to maintain an ongoing minimum order quantity to keep production runs efficient. If you are a distributor looking to trial smaller volumes or specialty alloys, please contact us to discuss trial allocations or inventory programs.
Can you provide comprehensive metallurgical documentation?
Yes. We supply standard EN 10204 3.1 Material Test Reports (MTR), Certificates of Analysis (COA), Certificates of Conformance, raw material melt details, hydrostatic test results, non-destructive eddy current logs, and all necessary customs paperwork.
What is the standard production and shipping lead time?
For evaluation samples of in-stock items, lead times are approximately 7 days. For custom production runs and volume orders, standard lead times are 20 to 30 days following receipt of deposit and technical sign-off. We work closely with major logistics providers to meet project deadlines.
What payment terms do you support?
Our standard international payment terms are a 30% deposit in advance via Bank Transfer (T/T), with the remaining 70% balance paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept secure L/C terms depending on the order volume and destination.
How does Liaocheng Sihe guarantee safe export delivery?
We package coiled tubes on heavy-duty wooden or steel reels wrapped in protective poly-film to prevent handling damage during maritime freight. Straight lengths are bundled with end-caps and crated in structural wooden boxes to avoid bend damage or surface scuffing.

We stand behind our materials and craftsmanship. Our QA program guarantees that our products match the agreed specifications and ASTM/EN standards. In the event of a dimensional or material discrepancy, we work directly with your engineering team to find a prompt solution, whether through replacement or credit.
Why choose 316L over 304 stainless steel tubing?
While 304 is suitable for atmospheric and freshwater use, the addition of molybdenum in 316L makes it far more resistant to chloride-rich environments, seawater, and chemical process acids. The "L" grade (Low Carbon) also prevents carbide precipitation during welding, protecting the joints from intergranular corrosion.
