In modern industrial processes, the demand for high-integrity, weld-free fluid transfer systems has grown exponentially. As global industrial processes move into deeper waters, higher temperatures, and more corrosive chemical domains, the limitations of standard welded pipes become systemic points of failure. Liaocheng Sihe Stainless Steel Material LTD manufactures high-quality seamless stainless steel coiled tubing designed to address these challenges. Our advanced production processes eliminate internal weld seams, providing a smooth interior surface, uniform wall thickness, and higher working pressures required for critical applications.
Seamless coiled tubing is a critical component in subsea engineering, chemical injection lines, hydraulic control lines, heat exchangers, and chromatography equipment. By delivering continuous lengths of up to 10,000 meters (32,800 feet) without orbital welds, our technical products reduce leakage risks and structural weaknesses associated with joints in severe offshore oil and gas environments.
Technical Benchmark: The Seamless Advantage
Unlike standard longitudinal welded tubing, seamless coiled tubes are manufactured by cold drawing or cold pilgering from a solid steel billet. This process ensures isotropic mechanical properties, higher burst pressure limits, and eliminates the risk of preferential weld-seam corrosion under high-temperature service conditions.
Understanding the chemical matrix of high-performance steel alloys and super duplex options
The performance of seamless coiled tubes in harsh environments depends directly on the alloy selected. We manufacture tubing using a wide range of materials, including standard austenitic grades, duplex systems, and nickel-based superalloys:
| Alloy Grade | Common UNS Code | Tensile Strength (MPa) | Yield Strength (MPa) | Primary Corrosion Environments |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 304/304L | S30400 / S30403 | ≥ 485 | ≥ 170 | General atmospheres, organic acids, mild chemicals. |
| 316/316L | S31600 / S31603 | ≥ 485 | ≥ 170 | Chlorides, industrial chemicals, moderate offshore environments. |
| Duplex 2205 | S32205 / S31803 | ≥ 655 | ≥ 450 | Sour gas pipelines, seawater filtration, chemical reactors. |
| Super Duplex 2507 | S32750 | ≥ 800 | ≥ 550 | High chloride environments, heat exchangers, marine systems. |
| Incoloy 825 | N08825 | ≥ 586 | ≥ 241 | High sulfuric/phosphoric acid, deep oil and gas wells. |
A deep dive into our six production lines, dimensional ranges, and bright annealing processing
Liaocheng Sihe Stainless Steel Material LTD operates six state-of-the-art production lines, supported by advanced technology and testing equipment. Our production processes are certified to meet international standards including GB, ASTM, ASME, JIS, and EN.
Our coiled tubing is available in outer diameters ranging from 0.125 inch (3.175 mm) to 1 inch (25.4 mm), with wall thicknesses up to 0.165 inch (3 mm). To meet specific offshore and umbilical engineering requirements, we supply continuous, single-piece coiled tubing lengths up to 32,800 feet (10,000 meters). This avoids intermediate joints, reducing costs and risks during installation.
Supporting custom dimensions and materials (including 304, 316L, and 2205) with outer diameters from 6.35mm to 19mm, designed to exact technical specifications.
High-precision spiral forming, structural bending, and cold-drawing designed for heat exchanger installations and compact fluid loops.
Equipped with laser cutting, mechanical sawing, and automated straightening systems to ensure dimensional tolerance and finish.
Utilizing bright hydrogen annealing lines to deliver smooth, clean inside/outside surfaces and optimal ductility without the need for acid pickling.
Precision flanging processes engineered for connections in automotive exhaust assemblies, industrial chemical piping, and subsea interfaces.
Our commitment to zero-defect performance in critical high-pressure service
For applications where subsea safety, mechanical reliability, and structural life are crucial, testing processes are implemented throughout production. Our facilities carry out extensive non-destructive and mechanical tests on every batch of seamless stainless steel coiled tubing:
