Engineered to excel in demanding environments. Browse our primary range of stainless steel and high-nickel alloy coiled tubing configurations.
Liaocheng Sihe Stainless Steel Material LTD is a leading global expert in the production of high-performance stainless steel coiled tubing, precision capillary tubes, and heat exchanger piping. Operating three state-of-the-art production lines with a ten-year history of technical innovation, we strictly comply with global manufacturing standards including GB, ASTM, ASME, JIS, and EN.
Our core metallurgy expertise spans premium grades including 304/304L, 316L, 321, 317L, 309S, 310S, Incoloy 825, Inconel 625, Duplex 2205, and Super Duplex 2507. By integrating world-class online bright annealing technology, we deliver continuous, ultra-long coiled tubing lines (up to 10,000 meters / 32,800 feet) that completely eliminate orbital weld vulnerabilities.
Our commitment to rigorous QA includes 100% hydrostatic testing, eddy current validation, flare & crush tests, and micro-hardness profiling. Over 80% of our production output is exported to critical infrastructure projects worldwide, covering more than 30 countries across the US, Germany, Spain, South America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
Deep dive into chemical configurations, mechanical advantages, global compliance standards, and localized deployment of 316L stainless steel coiled tubing.
Type 316L is an extra-low carbon version of the 316 molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel. The low carbon content (max 0.03%) prevents sensitization during thermal processing (such as bright annealing or field orbital welding), thereby avoiding intergranular corrosion. The inclusion of Molybdenum (2.0% - 3.0%) increases the material's Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number (PREN) to between 23 and 25, delivering superior resistance to chloride-induced pitting and crevice corrosion compared to Grade 304.
By utilizing advanced vacuum induction melting (VIM) followed by electroslag remelting (ESR), Liaocheng Sihe achieves a highly clean microstructure with controlled non-metallic inclusions. This is crucial for ultra-long continuous cold drawing processes, ensuring wall-thickness uniformity within ±5% and preventing surface micro-cracking which could act as stress concentrators in high-vibration subsea applications.
Our manufacturing scope matches the precise demands of hydraulic control systems, analytical instrumentation, and oilfield downhole injection lines. Sizes range from 0.125 inch (3.175 mm) up to 1 inch (25.4 mm) in outer diameter. Wall thicknesses reach up to 0.165 inch (3 mm), facilitating rated working pressures exceeding 15,000 PSI under standard offshore operating conditions.
| Standard Specs | Outside Diameter (OD) Range | Wall Thickness (WT) | Bright Annealing Yield Strength | Hydrostatic Test Pressure |

Modern infrastructure relies heavily on the integrity of fluids transport. Offshore oil and gas exploration is pushing further into ultra-deepwater reservoirs where temperatures exceed 150°C and external sea pressures are immense. 316L coiled tubing serves as the lifeline in electro-hydraulic control lines, subsea umbilical systems, and chemical injection lines (delivering methanol or scale inhibitors to the wellhead). The ability to deploy continuous lines of up to 10,000 meters reduces the risk of leakage at connection joints, lowering operating expenses and safeguarding marine ecosystems.
Simultaneously, the global energy transition has accelerated the deployment of high-pressure hydrogen storage and refueling networks. 316L is one of the few materials that maintains ductility and prevents hydrogen embrittlement under cyclic loading. In the semiconductor and biopharmaceutical processing sectors, the smooth, passive inner surface of our bright annealed coiled tubes prevents biological adhesion and micro-contamination, fulfilling strict Ultra-High Purity (UHP) requirements.
We recognize that shipping industrial components across borders requires meticulous documentation and localization support. All exports from Liaocheng Sihe are backed by EN 10204 3.1 Material Test Reports (MTR), outlining chemical compositions, heat numbers, tensile properties, and grain size distributions. We support specific regional certifications required for integration:
To facilitate regional distribution, we partner with shipping liners to provide customized spool packaging. Wooden or steel spools are designed to accommodate local lifting machinery, protected by heavy-duty heat-shrink plastic wrap and export-ready seaworthy wooden crates to prevent galvanic corrosion or damage during ocean transit.
Liaocheng Sihe is continually innovating its production technologies. Our R&D department is currently refining two major technical initiatives:
Our in-house capabilities allow us to process, custom-bend, and polish stainless steel coiled tubes to meet strict design tolerances.
Supports various materials (e.g., 304, 316L, 2205) and specifications (diameter 6.35mm to 19mm) for stainless steel coils.
Includes bending, spiral forming, precision drawing, and other processes tailored for heat exchangers.
Laser cutting, mechanical cutting, or flame cutting for high-precision and efficient material processing.
We devote ourselves to developing new products with state-of-art technologies, providing bright annealing and mirror-polished surfaces.
Highly specialized flanging processing used in automotive exhaust systems, chemical pipelines, and precision instrument connections.
Delivering high-reliability tubes for deployment across crucial industrial infrastructures worldwide.

Our raw material pricing depends on London Metal Exchange (LME) nickel, molybdenum indices, and production complexity. Contact our engineering sales division with your specific size (OD, Wall Thickness) and volume requirements to receive an updated, competitive price list.
Yes, we require an ongoing minimum order quantity for international shipments to maintain batch processing efficiency. However, for initial qualifications or trial samples, we can accommodate smaller spools depending on the requested material grade.
Absolutely. We provide complete quality documentation packages, including EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Reports (MTR), certificate of origin, hydrostatic testing logs, eddy-current scan results, NACE compliance documentation, and export customs records.
For inventory-supported sizes, sample processing takes approximately 7 days. For mass production orders, the standard lead time is 20 to 30 days after receiving your deposit and final layout approval. We strive to accommodate aggressive field deadlines whenever possible.
We accept secure wire transfers (T/T), L/C, Western Union, and PayPal. Our typical billing arrangement is a 30% deposit in advance, with the 70% balance settled against a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) or via confirmed LC.
We guarantee all materials and manufacturing workmanship under our strict quality assurance protocol. If any physical discrepancy, dimensional variance, or metallurgical defect occurs, our engineering group works diligently to resolve the problem to our client's complete satisfaction.
We package all coiled tubes on robust steel or heavy-duty wooden spools. Each spool is secured with protective plastic wrap, packed in moisture-resistant custom boxes, and cradled on reinforced pallets. We also comply with specialized shipping rules for hazardous environments and temperature-sensitive freight.
Shipping costs depend on the delivery terms (FOB, CIF, DDP), total spool weight, cargo volume, and chosen transit method. Air express is suitable for urgent sample lines, while sea freight remains the most cost-effective solution for industrial-volume shipments.
