Tubing Encapsulated Conductor (TEC) is designed to supply downhole power directly to gauges and efficiently transfer digital data uphole. The core copper conductor features double insulation, protected securely by a premium stainless steel tube. A specialized Polypropylene coating is applied to provide additional layer protection to the tube wire. Multi-core tubing, TEC, and Encapsulated tubing represent our primary hot-sale product lines. We accept all types of professional third-party testing.

Encapsulated Control Line for Downhole Chemical Injection

Our standard design includes two joints of 3/8″ x 0.035″ inch sized Encapsulated Control Line flatpacked within a 24mm x 13mm jacket. Custom encapsulation options are available in Santoprene, PVC, F40, F46 Nylon, or other specified materials. The two lines can be color-coded for identification. Tube selections range from weather-resistant stainless steel to advanced alloys like Incoloy 825 or Incoloy 625. Tubing interiors can be pre-flushed, tested, and pre-filled with specified fluids. The flatpack is level-wound onto a heavy-duty wooden drum with protective guards installed to prevent physical damage during shipment and deployment.
