Product Description

We produce 304 Stainless Steel Coil Tubing. We have many years of experience to produce stainless steel coil tubing with sizes from 1/4 to 1 in. and wall thickness from 0.035 to 0.065 in., we are capable of producing long lengths of stainless tubing in coils, for some tubing sizes, we are able to achieve coils that even up to 2000 m in length without any longitudinal or orbital welds.

Standards & Specifications:

ASTM A213 / A269 standard specification is applied for seamless stainless steel tubing.

ASTM A249 / A269 standard specification is applied for welded tube, with both bright annealing finish and annealing pickling finish.

Generally, seamless coil tubing can be provided in no risk of impurities that are often associated with welding tube, seamless tubing is the preferred option for critical applications. UK, USA, Canada and South Africa are main markets for our stainless steel coil tubing.

Materials and Grades

We are a leading manufacturer in coil tubing covering different stainless steel grades, duplex steels as well as nickel alloys, selecting which material depends on specific application. 304/304L and 316/316L are wide used grades in stainless steel group due to their excellent corrosion resistance and properties, these stainless steels have ability to resist high temperature, low temperature as well as high pressure, and they are cost effective material relatively.

304 grade is typical 18/8 Cr/Ni stainless steel material, it possesses good corrosion resistance and properties to meet many applications, it is a cost effective and affordable grade, 304L is low carbon 304 grade.
