Sihe Steel
Inconel 625 (UNS N06625) is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy containing niobium, which works in conjunction with molybdenum to stiffen the alloy’s matrix, providing high strength without requiring a specific heat treatment. This superalloy possesses exceptional resistance to a wide variety of corrosive environments of unusual severity.
For capillary tubing applications, particularly in instrumentation lines, controls, and sensor housings, Alloy 625 exhibits outstanding fatigue strength, high mechanical resistance, and a Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number (PREN) exceeding 45. This ensures the capillary tube remains impervious to pitting and crevice corrosion even when continuously exposed to hot seawater, sour gas (H2S), and acidic chloride mediums.

Thailand’s Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) development—covering Rayong, Chonburi, and Chachoengsao—has accelerated the demand for high-integrity metallurgical materials. Downstream industries such as Map Ta Phut's petrochemical complex, along with major natural gas extraction platforms in the Gulf of Thailand, require capillary tubing that can survive highly sour gas environments with elevated concentrations of hydrogen sulfide and chlorides.
Furthermore, Thailand's automotive assembly and electronics production hubs require micro-diameter stainless steel and nickel-alloy capillary tubes for precision sensor lines, hydraulic components, and aerospace instrumentation networks. Selecting Inconel 625 capillary tubes prevents costly shutdowns and preserves safety parameters in offshore platforms where moisture, heat, and salt spray accelerate standard metal decay.
Every batch of 625 capillary tubing must be supplied with trace certifications, linking back to the raw nickel and chromium smelting logs. This ensures complete chemical consistency and structural density matching ASTM B444 or ASTM B163 specifications.
Liaocheng Sihe utilizes advanced inline protective gas bright annealing systems. This technology delivers a scale-free, mirror-like inner and outer surface finish, reducing fluid resistance and keeping the tube clean for delicate instrumentation systems.
To eliminate leakage risks in subsea umbilical installations, every meter of our coiled tubing undergoes rigorous hydrostatic testing, pneumatic pressure validation, eddy current inspections, and hardness profiling before packing.

Duplex 2205 stainless steel contains balanced austenitic and ferritic microstructures, giving it excellent pitting resistance and superior mechanical strength compared to basic 304 or 316 grades.
Refers to general use stainless coils designed for chemical instrumentation, featuring continuous jointless paths to avoid mechanical failures.
Manufactured specifically for high-temperature furnace gas feeds and heat recovery loops, resistant to oxidation and scaling under 1100°C.
With global industrial operations shifting to deeper waters and hotter wells, standard carbon and lower-grade stainless steels are no longer cost-effective over long-term operations. The cost of component replacement and offshore logistical downtime dwarfs the initial procurement premiums of nickel superalloys like Inconel 625 and Incoloy 825.
Key developments point towards:
1. Reduced Wall Thickness: Leveraging Alloy 625's high mechanical limits to minimize overall piping weight.
2. Seamless Length Advancements: Manufacturing orbital weld-free tubes extending beyond 10,000 meters to minimize subsea leak paths.
3. Strict Integration Standards: Implementing real-time electronic laser measuring tools for tighter outer diameter and wall thickness tolerances, essential for semiconductor and aerospace applications.
China's industrial manufacturing ecosystem provides unmatched raw material access, concentrated engineering clusters, and state-of-the-art technological automation. Liaocheng Sihe is strategically positioned to leverage these local advantages, passing the cost savings onto our global client base without compromising physical material standards.
By operating our own advanced draw benches and annealing lines in-house, we reduce intermediary supply chain costs, enabling competitive pricing for major energy projects in Thailand's Gulf networks. Additionally, our containerized packaging designs and close partnerships with major shipping lanes out of Shanghai and Qingdao guarantee rapid delivery schedules directly to Bangkok Port or Laem Chabang.
