Austenitic stainless steel grade 304L (UNS S30403 / 1.4307) is the ultra-low carbon variant of the classical 18-8 chromium-nickel steel. With its carbon percentage restricted strictly below 0.03%, 304L completely eliminates the threat of chromium carbide precipitation in the Heat Affected Zone (HAZ) during high-temperature welding operations.
For chemical manufacturing plants, cryogenic setups, and high-pressure fluid transfer loops, selecting 304L over standard 304 ensures that intergranular corrosion pathing is suppressed. This structural stability guarantees long-term metallurgical integrity, reducing raw maintenance overheads and preventing catastrophic structural piping ruptures under pressure stress.
At Liaocheng sihe stainless steel material LTD, we leverage precision cold-drawing processes alongside advanced vacuum bright annealing systems. Our factory guarantees seamless coiled configurations up to 10,000 meters in length without cross-welded joints, rendering them the standard for chemical pipelines and downhole umbilical lines.

The industrial demand for 304L seamless pipe and coiled configurations is seeing sustained growth due to infrastructural shifts toward clean energy, hydrogen transfer loops, and micro-precision semiconductor manufacturing.
China continues to act as the primary manufacturing and logistics hub for high-grade austenitic tubing. Backed by extensive raw-material security and state-of-the-art smelting plants, export facilities like ours in Shandong supply critical segments globally.
Our ongoing export framework routes high-precision coils to over 30 countries across the US, Germany, Spain, and South America, complying with international standards including ASME B36.19 and EN 10216-5.
Deepwater oil and gas offshore platforms increasingly demand corrosion-resistant alloys (CRAs) to manage subsea hydrocarbon processing. Custom continuous coiled lengths reduce mechanical connection failure vectors by up to 90%.
Our production facilities utilize modern online bright annealing (BA) systems. In contrast to conventional air annealing followed by acid pickling—which leaves a matte and micro-rough finish—bright annealing is carried out in a highly controlled, pressurized hydrogen and nitrogen inert environment.
This process changes the mechanical properties of the steel, providing maximum ductility while maintaining a smooth mirror-like interior surface. High surface cleanliness is vital to restrict bacterial growth in biopharma systems and reduce turbulence-induced localized friction in hydraulic lines.
Every batch undergoes strict structural checks, including 100% pneumatic air tightness testing, mechanical flaring and flattening validation, micro-hardness validation, and eddy current defect detection.

We support bespoke configuration requests across various materials (e.g., 304, 316L, Duplex 2205) and structural specifications. Available options include tube wall bending, spiral layout forming, and precision cold drawing to match strict space constraints.
Our facility runs mechanical and fiber laser cutting systems that achieve tight length tolerances (±0.2mm). Integrated straightening systems guarantee straightness levels down to 0.5mm/m for automatic lathe processes.
Our flanging and end-forming services prevent subsea and structural leakage hazards. Widely utilized in automotive exhaust manifolds, chemical transport loops, and custom scientific apparatus connectors.
We deliver specialized finishing options ranging from bright annealed (Ra < 0.4µm) to mechanical polishing and ultra-clean electropolishing (EP), matching critical semiconductor gas distribution guidelines.
The global stainless steel industry is adapting to new environmental frameworks. Our engineering and manufacturing processes are changing to improve structural efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Hydrogen distribution systems demand piping materials with high resistance to hydrogen embrittlement. Our modified Grade 304L and 316L alloys, which feature low inclusions and controlled chemical chemistry, provide stable hydrogen storage and transfer lines.
Our production facilities feature real-time wall thickness and concentricity tracking. Advanced ultrasonic measurement devices integrated directly into the drawing lines ensure that every linear meter complies with required pressure ratings.
We source scrap metal from certified smelting operations to reduce overall carbon footprints. 304L stainless steel is 100% recyclable, helping global engineering projects meet strict environmental and circular economy requirements.
We maintain an ISO 9001 and PED-certified quality system to ensure full material traceability and structural safety compliance for our products.

Our prices are subject to change depending on supply and other market factors. We will send you an updated price list after your company contacts us for further information. Bulk orders can benefit from custom volume discounts based on current raw alloy indices.
Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. If you are looking to resell but in much smaller quantities, we recommend you check out our website or contact our logistics sales team to request split-shipment allocations.
Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Mill Test Certificates matching EN 10204 3.1; Marine Cargo Insurance; Certificate of Origin, and other critical export customs documents where required.
For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sales representative. In all cases, we will try to accommodate your needs.
You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L. For established long-term accounts, we can evaluate alternative payment options to optimize working capital cycles.
We warranty our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. In warranty or not, it is the culture of our company to address and resolve all customer issues to everyone’s satisfaction, ensuring robust performance in the field.
Yes, we always use high-quality export packaging. Coiled tubes are securely wound on wooden or steel reels and wrapped in heavy-duty PVC to prevent seawater salt contamination during transit. We also use specialized packaging for sensitive or fragile cargo.
The shipping cost depends on the method you choose to receive the goods. Express is normally the quickest but also the most expensive way. Ocean freight is the best solution for large orders. Precise freight rates can only be calculated once we know the details of your order volume, weight, and delivery location.
Grade 304L maintains an excellent austenitic microstructure at very low temperatures. Unlike ferritic steels which undergo a ductile-to-brittle transition, 304L retains high toughness and impact strength down to cryogenic temperatures, making it suitable for liquefied natural gas (LNG) piping applications.
Seamless coiled tubing eliminates the longitudinal weld seam, which is often the weak point for corrosion and pressure stress. The seamless extrusion process ensures uniform wall thickness, concentricity, and higher burst pressure ratings, which are vital for safety-critical downhole operations.
With a production history spanning over a decade, we operate dedicated production lines for stainless steel coiled tubing, polishing tubes, and seamless capillary configurations. Our facility utilizes advanced bright annealing technologies to treat tubing inline, which optimizes mechanical properties and guarantees reliable quality. By integrating processing and testing services, we deliver quality-tested, cost-effective piping solutions to partners worldwide.
Our products are exported to over 30 countries and regions. By complying with GB, ASTM, ASME, JIS, and EN manufacturing standards, we deliver robust solutions for critical global projects.
