Stainless Steel Pipe Coil

Stainless steel capillary and small tubes are widely used in medical treatment, fiber-optics, pen making, electronic welding products, light cable joints, food, vintage, dairy, drinks, pharmacy, and biochemistry. Different lengths can be provided according to specific requests.

Our capillary tubes feature a maximum bore of 0.0158 in. and are available in a wide range of stainless steels. These capillary tubes are characterized by tight tolerances, with inside surfaces free from oil, grease, and other particles. This design ensures an optimized and even flow of liquids and gases from the sensor to the measuring instrument.

Stainless steel coiled tubing is available in a range of different product forms depending on customer requirements. We manufacture high-quality welded and seamless tube products. Standard grades include 304, 304L, 316L (UNS S31603), Duplex 2205 (UNS S32205 & S31803), Super Duplex 2507 (UNS S32750), Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825), and Inconel 625 (UNS N06625). Other grades of stainless steel in duplex, superduplex, and nickel alloys are available on request.

Diameter options range from 3mm (0.118’’) to 25.4mm (1.00’’) OD. Wall thickness options range from 0.5mm (0.020’’) to 3mm (0.118’’). Tubing can be supplied in annealed or cold-worked stainless steel control line pipe conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the benefits of using seamless stainless steel coiled tubing?
Seamless coiled tubing reduces the risk of leaks associated with fittings and welds. Its continuous length makes it highly reliable for downhole control lines, chemical injection, and critical subsea applications.
What makes your capillary tubes suitable for precision instruments?
Our capillary tubes are manufactured with extremely tight tolerances and undergo strict processes to ensure the inner and outer surfaces are completely free of oil, grease, and particulate matter, ensuring smooth and consistent flow.
Which material grades are recommended for highly corrosive environments?
For severe, corrosive environments, Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507, Alloy 825, and Inconel 625 offer excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking.
How do temperature changes affect the working pressure limits of the tubes?
As operational temperatures rise, the maximum allowable working pressure decreases. Please refer to our adjustment factors tables to calculate correct pressure ratings for your specific temperature environment.
Are custom sizing, lengths, and OEM services supported?
Yes. We accept OEM/ODM specifications and buyer labeling. Coiled tubing can be manufactured in customized lengths ranging from 200m to 1500m per coil, and in specific diameter/wall thickness options depending on target applications.
