Sihe Steel
Explore our core product lineup of seamless, welded, and polished stainless steel coiled tubes manufactured to global standards.
High-performance metallurgy meets custom logistics. Standard-grade piping systems fail in the face of hyperbaric subsea pressures, corrosive hydrocarbon streams, and severe thermal cycles.
Traditional piping networks rely heavily on orbital welds, mechanical fittings, and elbows to direct flow patterns. In high-pressure chemical dosing, offshore oil wells, and subsea umbilical systems, every connection point represents a localized stress concentrator and a potential site for crevice corrosion or mechanical failure. Stainless steel coiled tubing eliminates these vulnerabilities by providing ultra-long, seamless, continuous runs up to 32,800 feet (10,000 meters) without a single intermediate weld.
By leveraging advanced cold-drawing processes and continuous bright annealing, manufacturers create a monolithic channel capable of sustaining extreme structural integrity under both internal hydrostatic pressure and external deepwater loads. This seamless format optimizes hydraulic flow, reduces pressure drops, and facilitates cleaner system flushes—criteria critical for analytical instrumentation, downhole monitoring, and aerospace fuel delivery.
Choosing the correct alloy involves balancing tensile strength, ductility, corrosion fatigue limit, and overall system budget. We specialize in producing custom tubing across the full spectrum of high-alloy steels:
Our manufacturing footprint is optimized for high capacity, uncompromising quality verification, and global compliance.
At Liaocheng Sihe Stainless Steel Material LTD, we utilize world-class online bright annealing technology to perform real-time thermal grain restructuring. This ensures that the material exhibits uniform mechanical hardness (100% tested) and superior structural flexibility, allowing for seamless bending and installations. Every shipment undergoes mandatory flaring, hydrostatic pressure, pneumatic air tightness, and non-destructive electromagnetic testing prior to packing.
Why industrial procurement departments rely on Liaocheng Sihe for high-volume custom production runs and competitive pricing.
By operating inside China's primary steel hubs, we enjoy immediate access to premium, certified steel billets. This keeps feedstock transport costs low and ensures traceablity of chemical composition (carbon levels, molybdenum density) from the melt stage through to the finished coiled tube.
Unlike Western suppliers that charge massive premiums for custom sizes, we dynamically modify tooling arrays. We produce outer diameters spanning from 0.125 inch (3.175 mm) to 1 inch (25.4 mm), with wall thicknesses up to 0.165 inch (3 mm) tailored exactly to client specifications.
Every single coil is verified with continuous Eddy Current testing and pressure-tested up to design specifications. We eliminate micro-fissures, out-of-roundness, and surface contaminants through in-house pickling, passivation, and bright annealing processes.

How we navigate complex regulatory landscapes to ensure safe delivery and code compliance globally.
High-integrity applications require complete pedigree proof. We supply certified Material Test Reports (MTRs) in accordance with EN 10204 3.1, detailing mechanical testing, chemical heat analysis, hydrostatic test pressures, and non-destructive eddy current readings for every production batch.
Whether your local inspectors demand compliance with PED (Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU), ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Codes, or specific AD2000-W0 standards for the German market, we coordinate third-party inspections (TUV, SGS, Lloyd's Register) to guarantee conformance before the steel leaves our docks.
Stainless steel capillary and coiled tubing is highly sensitive to external mechanical deformation and salt-spray corrosion during transit. We construct bespoke wooden cases and heavy-duty steel reels that isolate the tubing from impact. For air and sea freight, the internal tube core is flushed, dried, sealed with protective plastic caps, and wrapped in water-barrier film to prevent marine salt contamination.
Leveraging our high-precision machinery to deliver installation-ready components to global buyers.
We supply custom-bent configurations and specialized spirals. This is ideal for heat exchanger fabricators looking to reduce setup time. Supported alloys include 304, 316L, and Duplex 2205.
We provide ultra-precise laser cutting and mechanical de-burring. This ensures clean, square ends that are ready for immediate orbital welding.
We offer mechanical polishing up to mirror-finish (BA / EP) for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and high-purity gas delivery systems.
Our structured production program covers the following primary categories.
2205 stainless steel is a duplex stainless steel containing austenitic and ferritic phases, offering high strength and resistance to SCC.
1/2 stainless steel coiled tubing refers to a coil of stainless steel tubing popular in hydraulic control lines and instrument installations.
High-temperature oxidation-resistant 310S stainless steel coiled pipes produced to tight tolerances for furnaces and heat treatment systems.

Our prices are subject to change depending on supply, alloying element market surcharges (Nickel, Chromium, Molybdenum), and other market factors. We will send you an updated price list and customized quote after your company contacts us with specific dimensions, wall thicknesses, alloy grades, and order volumes.
Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. This allows us to optimize production setups on our 6 cold-drawing lines. If you are looking to resell or procure smaller quantities, please contact our sales team to check current overrun stock status.
Yes, we can provide the majority of industrial documentation including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance to EN 10204 3.1; marine insurance files; Certificates of Origin; and other customs export documents where required.
For custom laboratory or pilot samples, the lead time is approximately 7 days. For mass production of coils, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. Lead times become effective when we have received your deposit and final approval for product specification drawings. If our lead times do not align with your deadline, please discuss expediting options with your sales representative.
We accept telegraphic transfers to our bank account, Western Union, or PayPal. Our standard terms are a 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
We warrant our materials and workmanship against manufacturing defects and out-of-tolerance dimensions. Our commitment is to ensure complete satisfaction. Whether in warranty or not, our engineering support team is available to assist you in resolving any application challenges.
Yes, we always use high-quality export packaging. For long continuous coils, we wrap the spool in heavy water-resistant film and pack them in reinforced wooden crates to prevent damage. Specialized hazard packaging is used for hazardous environments, and temperature-controlled options are available where necessary.
Shipping costs depend on the delivery terms chosen (FOB, CIF, DDP) and the transport method. Express air transport is the fastest but most expensive option, while sea freight is standard for large-volume industrial orders. Precise freight rates can only be provided once we know the total order weight, volume, and destination port. Please contact us for a detailed freight estimation.
