Liaocheng Sihe Stainless Steel Material LTD integrates state-of-the-art bright annealing lines with rigorous non-destructive validation to supply highly reliable ASTM TP316 and specialized alloy pipes to key economies across the globe.
In modern heavy industries, materials are constantly subjected to extreme thermal fluctuations, structural fatigue, and aggressive chemical reagents. Among austenitic steel variants, ASTM TP316 stainless steel pipe has become an indispensable benchmark for fluid management and mechanical engineering. Incorporating a specific fraction of molybdenum (2.0% to 3.0%) sets TP316 apart from ordinary chromium-nickel steel grades like TP304.
Molybdenum addition greatly increases the material's Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number (PREN), allowing it to successfully withstand chloride-rich operational zones, salty marine atmospheres, and industrial acidic compounds. Internationally, ASTM TP316 (along with its low-carbon sibling TP316L) is widely selected as the standard for onshore and offshore processes.
PREN Formula: PREN = %Cr + 3.3(%Mo) + 16(%N). The inclusion of molybdenum increases TP316's resistance to local breakdown of passive films, lowering the probability of pitting and crevice corrosion in seawater desalination, downhole installations, and marine transport lines.
ASTM standardizations (including A213, A269, A312, and ASME specifications) determine critical dimensional tolerances and testing criteria to ensure safety across these configurations. Engineers choose TP316 over cheaper alternatives when system failure might mean environmental leaks, heavy financial losses, or high maintenance costs in remote areas.

China's stainless steel industry has transitioned from basic manufacturing to advanced technological production over the past few decades. Modern Chinese facilities combine localized raw material supply networks with advanced metallurgical processes to offer competitive pricing without sacrificing material quality.
At Liaocheng Sihe Stainless Steel Material LTD, our operational framework is built on high efficiency. By managing the manufacturing process end-to-end—from initial raw tube drawing through heat treatment to final packaging—we reduce logistics delays and eliminate mid-level distribution markups.
Our tubing products are designed for demanding performance in critical applications.
Operating from Liaocheng, China, we are an established designer and fabricator of high-performance stainless steel coiled tubes, polishing tubes, and seamless coiled tubing. Our facility runs six production lines to maintain output consistency across ASTM, ASME, JIS, GB, and EN standards.
Our core catalog features 304/304L, 316/316L, 321, 317L, 309S, and 310S, alongside high-performance alloys such as Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507, Incoloy 825, and Inconel 625. These alloys are supplied to sectors including aerospace, biotechnology, semiconductor manufacturing, and subsea oil and gas extraction.
We supply coiled tubing configurations in outer diameters ranging from 0.125 inches (3.175 mm) to 1 inch (25.4 mm), with wall thicknesses up to 0.165 inches (3 mm). To optimize ocean transit safety and simplify integration, we support customized coil lengths up to 32,800 feet (10,000 meters).
Tailored diameter (6.35mm to 19mm) and custom wall configurations.
Specialized drawing and cold working methods for precise dimensional control.
100% testing including flaring, flattening, hardness, and air tightness scans.
The precision metal tubing market is moving toward more specialized alloys. While ASTM TP316 remains a versatile option, high-pressure environments are shifting toward Duplex 2205 and Super Duplex 2507 because of their higher yield strength, which allows engineers to specify thinner tube walls to reduce overall system weight.
Additionally, the semiconductor and green hydrogen sectors are driving demand for Ultra-High Purity (UHP) gas lines. These applications require high inner-surface finishes, which we achieve through advanced electropolishing and hydrogen bright annealing. Surface roughness values (Ra) below 0.25 μm are now required to prevent particulate entrapment in delicate electronics processes.
Environmentally, chemical factories and marine operations are adopting stricter emissions and leakage policies. This shift increases the demand for single-piece seamless coiled tubes over welded joints, as seamless runs eliminate weld seams that are historically vulnerable to localized stress corrosion.
