Sihe Steel
Explore our elite portfolio of stainless capillary, coiled, and specialized tubing engineered to strict international benchmarks.
For more than a decade, Liaocheng Sihe Stainless Steel Material LTD has stood as a vanguard of precision steel tubing engineering in China. Operating six state-of-the-art production lines, our industrial complex delivers ultra-long seamless coiled tubing, capillary configurations, and mirror-finished heat exchanger pipes. We fabricate components that operate within highly challenging environments, strictly complying with global quality protocols including GB, ASTM, ASME, JIS, and EN standards.
Our commitment to rigorous metallurgical excellence allows us to offer an extensive catalog of alloys tailored for thermal, pressure, and chemical stability. From standard grade 304/304L to super alloys and duplex phases like Incoloy 825, Inconel 625, Duplex 2205, and Super Duplex 2507, our materials provide structural integrity where failure is not an option.
Tracking the technological shifts driving precision alloy deployment across global infrastructures.
The industrial landscape for stainless steel tubing is experiencing a major transition, driven by strict environmental requirements and the demand for higher operating efficiencies. The global shift toward Green Hydrogen transport, Ultra-High Purity (UHP) semiconductor clean-rooms, and deepwater offshore extraction has changed the requirements for basic piping materials. 304 stainless steel, featuring its classic 18% chromium and 8% nickel formulation, remains a highly versatile alloy. However, manufacturers are continually refining steel cleanliness, reducing carbon levels, and tightening grain sizes to prevent intergranular corrosion in high-heat and high-pressure applications.
Additionally, modern engineering increasingly demands the elimination of orbital welds. Every weld represents a potential point of mechanical failure or localized galvanic corrosion, particularly in offshore umbilical lines and subsea control systems. The industry is shifting toward ultra-long seamless coiled tubing, which can be manufactured in continuous runs up to 32,800 feet (10,000 meters). This reduces leak points, simplifies installation logistics, and lowers overall project lifecycle costs.

Our coil fabrication utilizes specialized techniques that maintain wall thickness uniformity and concentricity. This prevents local thin spots that could fail prematurely under high pneumatic or hydraulic pressures. Combined with high-purity raw materials sourced from top-tier smelting partners, our tubes offer consistent weldability, formability, and structural durability.
From subsea control lines to heat recovery systems, our tubes are deployed across a wide range of industrial applications.
We offer extensive custom fabrication services to deliver components ready for immediate integration into your assemblies.
We support custom configurations across various materials (e.g., 304, 316L, 2205) and specifications. This includes outer diameters ranging from 6.35mm to 19mm, customized to match your drawings and system requirements.
Our facility performs bending, spiral forming, and precision drawing. These steps are carefully controlled to maintain structural integrity and uniform wall thickness in coiled heat exchangers.
Using laser, mechanical, and flame cutting technologies, we deliver highly accurate cut lengths. Our straightening lines prepare coiled tubing for automatic orbital welding systems.
Our finishing options include chemical pickling, mechanical polishing, and bright annealing. These treatments minimize surface roughness, remove carbon residues, and improve corrosion resistance.
Our flanged ends are prepared for immediate installation. This processing is designed for automotive exhaust connections, chemical process lines, and instrument mounting points.
Every tube is subjected to online bright annealing and physical testing. This includes compressed testing, flaring, bending, hardness checks, tensile testing, and 100% pneumatic/air tightness checks.
We export to over 30 countries and regions. Our products are fully traceable and certified to international standards.
Operating a global supply chain requires strict compliance with international manufacturing and transport rules. At Liaocheng Sihe, every batch of stainless steel coiled tubing is shipped with a comprehensive Mill Test Certificate (MTC) conforming to EN 10204 3.1. This provides full traceability, from the initial steel heat number to the final inspection data. Our quality system is certified under key international frameworks, allowing our products to integrate smoothly into projects in the US, Germany, Spain, South America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe.
How our manufacturing lines are evolving to support the next generation of industrial developments.
Our long-term manufacturing roadmap centers on three main technological goals: advanced dimensional control, lower process emissions, and the development of high-alloy tubing. As industrial systems operate under increasingly severe parameters, traditional alloys are being pushed to their metallurgical limits. We are continuously refining our online bright annealing line, incorporating computerized gas-shielding controls to achieve bright, oxide-free surfaces that resist pitting in marine and acidic environments.
We are also adapting our processes to align with global carbon-reduction initiatives. By optimizing energy use on our cold-drawing lines and using closed-loop acid recycling systems, we are lowering the environmental impact of our production. Furthermore, our R&D team is developing ultra-thin-walled capillary lines designed for high-efficiency thermal recovery systems, helping our clients reach their energy conservation targets.
