Sihe Steel
Engineered to execute in the most demanding marine, semiconductor, aerospace, and energy corridors.
In contemporary fluid engineering, the demand for stainless steel seamless pipes and coiled tubing has witnessed exponential growth. Unlike welded alternatives, seamless tubes lack structural seams, rendering them immune to longitudinal grain failures under hyperbaric forces.
Modern applications—ranging from offshore subsea oil & gas extractions to ultra-clean semiconductor fabrication lines—require tubing that can withstand aggressive chemical exposure, high temperatures, and cyclical thermal expansion. The evolution of metallurgical grades like Super Duplex 2507 and nickel alloys like Inconel 625 is driven by the necessity for materials that deliver exceptional pitting resistance (PREN > 40) in hyper-saline oceanic environments.
How Liaocheng Sihe Stainless Steel Material LTD leverages supply-chain synergy and online processing technology.
We implement world-class online bright annealing technology. By treating stainless steel pipes with protective gas atmospheres (hydrogen/nitrogen mixtures) during inline heating and cooling, we prevent oxidation. This ensures a clean, mirror-like scale-free inner and outer surface while restoring structural ductility.
Our manufacturing capabilities allow us to produce seamless coiled tubing in continuous lengths up to 32,800 feet (10,000 meters). This reduces the risk of joint failures in complex systems and minimizes installation costs.
Every production batch undergoes comprehensive mechanical and structural testing, including compression, flaring, bending, 100% hardness tests, tensile testing, and high-pressure air tightness validation to guarantee structural integrity.
Established as a key manufacturer in Liaocheng, China, we operate six advanced production lines. We specialize in the development and manufacturing of premium stainless steel coiled tubing, polished instrumentation tubes, and ultra-long seamless line pipes.
Our manufacturing processes conform to rigorous international standards, including GB, ASTM, ASME, JIS, and EN. We process a wide range of materials, from standard austenitic grades (304/304L, 316L, 321, 317L, 309S, 310S, INCOLOY 800) to duplex steels (Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507) and nickel alloys (Incoloy 825, Inconel 625).
Engineered tolerances and composition characteristics across major industrial steel grades.
| Material Category | Common Grades processed | OD Range (Inches / mm) | Wall Thickness (Max) | Key Features & Structural Focus |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Austenitic Steel | 304/304L, 316L, 321, 317L, 309S, 310S | 0.125" to 1.0" (3.175mm to 25.4mm) | Up to 0.165" (3mm) | High ductility, excellent corrosion resistance, and cryogenic toughness. |
| Duplex & Super Duplex | S31803, Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507 | 0.125" to 1.0" (3.175mm to 25.4mm) | Up to 0.165" (3mm) | High yield strength, resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking. |
| Nickel Alloys | Incoloy 800, Incoloy 825, Inconel 625 | 0.125" to 1.0" (3.175mm to 25.4mm) | Up to 0.165" (3mm) | Designed for high-temperature service and aggressive chemical environments. |
Our capability to customize length profiles is key for subsea control lines and chemical injection lines. By eliminating orbital weld joints, we reduce the risk of localized galvanic corrosion and physical leaks in high-pressure installations.

Where absolute reliability and corrosion resistance are critical.
As oil and gas exploration moves into deeper waters, harsh marine environments demand high safety standards. Our goal is to assist you in selecting the correct corrosion-resistant materials for coiled umbilical tubing, helping to improve the safety and reliability of your operations.
By utilizing high-grade alloys such as Inconel 625 and Super Duplex 2507, our tubing stands up to sour service environments (H2S and high CO2 concentrations), preventing hydrogen embrittlement and crevice corrosion under deepwater hydrostatic pressures.
