Sihe Steel
High-performance stainless steel and alloy tubing options, configured for extreme conditions.
Established in China with over ten years of specialized manufacturing experience, Liaocheng Sihe Stainless Steel Material LTD operates three designated lines for stainless steel coil production out of a total of six advanced processing lines. We are an ISO-certified manufacturer delivering premium seamless stainless steel coiled tubing, bright annealed capillary pipes, and corrosion-resistant alloy tubes.
Our infrastructure incorporates modern online bright annealing technology, facilitating critical metallurgical softening treatment without surface oxidation. We strictly observe international production standards including GB, ASTM, ASME, JIS, and EN. Our material catalog extends from basic austenitic grades like 304/304L and 316L to high-alloyed and nickel-based options such as Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507, Incoloy 800/825, and Inconel 625. We serve demanding sectors internationally, including subsea oil exploration, aerospace technology, and high-purity semiconductor manufacturing.
Capillary and coiled tubing solutions must withstand high mechanical pressures, cryogenic and elevated temperatures, and aggressive chemicals. Choosing the correct alloy chemistry is critical. Below is the technical specification of the core alloys utilized in our manufacturing facility.
| Alloy Grade | Chemical Profile Highlights | Mechanical Properties | Primary Applications |
|---|---|---|---|
| 304 / 304L | 18% Cr, 8% Ni (Low Carbon) | Tensile: ≥515 MPa, Yield: ≥205 MPa | HVAC, food and beverage processing, general structural tubing |
| 316 / 316L | 16% Cr, 10% Ni, 2% Mo | Tensile: ≥485 MPa, Yield: ≥170 MPa | Chemical delivery, medical instruments, marine heat exchangers |
| Duplex 2205 | 22% Cr, 5% Ni, 3% Mo, 0.18% N | Tensile: ≥655 MPa, Yield: ≥450 MPa | Offshore oil and gas pipelines, desalination, high-pressure instrumentation |
| Incoloy 825 | 38-46% Ni, 19-23.5% Cr, 2.5-3.5% Cu, Mo | Tensile: ≥585 MPa, Yield: ≥240 MPa | Acid processing units, subsea control lines (umbilicals) |
| Inconel 625 | Ni-base, 20-23% Cr, 8-10% Mo, 3.15-4.15% Cb | Tensile: ≥827 MPa, Yield: ≥414 MPa | Aerospace engine fuel systems, extreme temperature exhaust systems |
