Product Description

stainless steel coil tube stainless steel tube coil stainless steel coil tubing stainless steel coil pipe stainless steel coil tube suppliers stainless steel coil tube manufacturers stainless steel pipe coil

Stainless steel capillary and stainless steel small tubes are widely used in medical treatment, fiber-optic, pen making, electronic welding products, light cable joints, food, vintage, dairy, drinks, pharmacy, and biochemistry. Different lengths can be provided according to requests.

Capillary tubes with a maximum bore of 0.0158 in. are available in a wide range of stainless steels. These capillary tubes are characterized by tight tolerances, and the inside surface of the tubes is free from oil, grease, and other particles. This ensures, for example, an optimized and even flow of liquids and gases from the sensor to the measuring instrument.

Stainless steel Coiled tubing is available in a range of different product forms depending on customer requirements. Our manufacturers produce welded and seamless tube products. The standard grades are 304, 304L, 316L (UNS S31603), Duplex 2205 (UNS S32205 & S31803), Super Duplex 2507 (UNS S32750), Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825), Inconel 625 (UNS N06625), and 410. Other grades of stainless steel in duplex, super duplex, and nickel alloy are available on request.

Diameter ranges from 3mm (0.118’’) to 25.4mm (1.00’’) OD. Wall thickness ranges from 0.5mm (0.020’’) to 3mm (0.118’’). Tubing can be supplied in the annealed or cold-worked stainless steel control line pipe condition.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the primary applications of stainless steel capillary tubes?
They are widely used in medical devices, temperature sensors, thermometer tubes, micro-antennas, precision electronics, writing pens, and high-precision industrial sectors requiring clean, micro-diameter tubing.
What material grades are available for coiled tubing?
We offer standard grades including TP 304, 304L, 316L, Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507, Alloy 825, Alloy 625, and grade 410. Other custom stainless steel and nickel alloy grades are available upon request.
What size tolerances do you guarantee on capillary tubes?
Our tubes feature tight dimensional control, boasting diameter tolerances down to ±0.01mm. This ensures consistent, optimized liquid and gas flow rates for high-precision instruments.
How are these coiled and capillary tubes tested for quality?
Every tube undergoes extensive quality control. This includes non-destructive testing (NDT), hydrostatic tests, surface finish checks, dimensional accuracy measurements, and mechanical/chemical property analyses.
Are the internal surfaces of the tubing clean and contaminant-free?
Yes. Both the inside and outside surfaces undergo bright annealing and rigorous cleaning to ensure they are fully free from oil, grease, particulates, and leaks.
How does temperature affect the working pressure limits of the tubes?
As temperature increases, working pressure limits decrease. You must apply adjustment factors (e.g., multiplying by 0.63 for seamless TP 316L at 400°F) to verify safe operating parameters.
