Sihe Steel
Discover our comprehensive collection of industrial stainless steel pipes, capillary tubes, and coiled configurations designed for extreme temperatures, high pressures, and corrosive media.
Over the last decade, Liaocheng Sihe Stainless Steel Material Ltd has established itself as an industry leader in manufacturing high-quality stainless steel coiled tubing, precision polished tubes, and ultra-long seamless pipes. Operating with six state-of-the-art production lines, we adhere to strict international production standards: GB, ASTM, ASME, JIS, and EN.
We work with premium steel grades, including 304/304L, 316L, 321, 317L, 309S, 310S, and Incoloy 800, along with special alloys like Austenitic 316L, Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507, Incoloy 825, and Inconel 625. Our continuous coiled tubing is available in outer diameters from 0.125 inches (3.175 mm) to 1 inch (25.4 mm), with wall thicknesses up to 0.165 inches (3 mm) and single coil lengths reaching up to 32,800 feet (10,000 meters).
Driven by the demands of complex subsea installations and aggressive chemical environments, we focus on engineering the right corrosion-resistant materials to enhance safety and project longevity worldwide.
Positioning 304L stainless steel at the center of modern industrial transformations, from carbon-neutral energy grids to subsea drilling operations.
As extraction moves into deeper, ultra-harsh environments, the threat of chloride stress corrosion cracking increases. Our 304L and duplex coiled umbilical tubings offer structural integrity under immense external pressures, ensuring safe chemical injection and hydraulic control lines.
Transitioning to clean energy requires infrastructure capable of transporting cryogenic media like liquefied natural gas (LNG) and liquid hydrogen. The low carbon content in 304L prevents grain boundary sensitization during welding, preserving structural toughness down to cryogenic temperatures.
With 80% of our products exported to Western markets, we maintain reliable supply logistics. We combine advanced domestic production capacities in China with global trade standards, providing quality control paperwork and prompt dispatch services.
Understanding the difference: Why 304L (Low Carbon) outperforms standard 304 in high-temperature, welded, and corrosive applications.
The principal difference between standard 304 and 304L stainless steel lies in the carbon content. By keeping carbon levels below 0.03%, 304L prevents sensitization—the precipitation of chromium carbides at grain boundaries during welding. This helps preserve the chromium content throughout the heat-affected zone, ensuring long-term resistance to intergranular corrosion.
