The copper conductor is double-insulated and heavily protected by a stainless steel outer tube. A high-grade Polypropylene coating provides additional protection for the tube wire. Two joints of 3/8″ x 0.035″ inch size Encapsulated Control Line flatpacked in a 24mm X 13mm jacket. The encapsulation materials can be Santoprene or others nominated like PVC, F40, F46 nylon by the customer. The two joints of control line tube can be color-coded. The tube material can be weather-resistant stainless steel or alloy steel like Incoloy 825 or Incoloy 625. The inside of the tube can be pre-flushed, tested, and supplied with any fluid. Finally, the flatpack is level-wound on a wooden drum, and a protector is installed to prevent mechanical damage.
