Grade 310 Stainless Steel (UNS S31000) and its low-carbon derivative, 310S (UNS S31008), are highly alloyed austenitic stainless steels engineered for high-temperature service. Benefiting from a robust chemical composition of 24% to 26% Chromium and 19% to 22% Nickel, these alloys exhibit outstanding oxidation resistance under mildly cyclic conditions up to 1035°C, and in continuous atmospheres up to 1150°C.
