Advanced Bright Annealing (BA) Technology

To guarantee maximum corrosion resistance and scale-free interior surfaces, we utilize online bright annealing technology. Processing steel in a protective atmosphere of hydrogen and nitrogen prevents oxidation. What are your prices?
Our prices are subject to change depending on material costs (such as LME nickel and chromium price fluctuations) and other market factors. Once your company contacts us, we will provide a comprehensive project quote and an updated price list tailored to your technical requirements.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. For specific custom runs, this MOQ varies based on outer diameter and wall thickness. If you are looking to resell or procure in smaller quantities, please contact our sales team to discuss trial order programs.
Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we provide full quality and compliance documentation. This includes EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificates (MTC), Certificates of Analysis / Conformance, PMI reports, third-party inspection certificates (SGS, TUV, Bureau Veritas), export insurance documentation, and Certificates of Origin for tariff relief where applicable.
What is the average lead time?
For standard samples, the lead time is approximately 7 days. For mass production of standard sizes (e.g. 304 or 316L coiled tubes), the typical lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. Lead times are calculated from the receipt of the deposit and final drawing approvals. We work to accommodate tight project timelines.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our standard payment terms are a 30% deposit in advance via Bank Wire Transfer (T/T), with the remaining 70% balance paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept Letter of Credit (L/C) for large procurement contracts, as well as Western Union and PayPal for sample runs.
What is your product quality warranty?
We warrant both our raw materials and our workmanship. We guarantee that all deliveries match the chemistry and mechanical specifications outlined in the proforma invoice and ASTM/ASME standards. If any material defect is detected, we work to resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or credit.
Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes. We package our coiled tubing on heavy-duty wooden or steel reels, wrapped in protective plastic film, to prevent maritime transport damage and corrosion. Capillary tubes are packed in rigid wooden cases. We also follow specialized packaging rules for hazardous cargos and high-purity semiconductor orders.
Why choose 304 over 316 for coiled tubing?
Grade 304 is a cost-effective choice for general industrial, automotive, and refrigeration environments with moderate exposure to moisture or corrosive agents. Grade 316 includes 2% molybdenum, which offers higher resistance to chlorides and pitting, making it suitable for marine or chemical processing environments. For applications without high chloride levels, Grade 304 offers comparable mechanical performance at a lower cost.
