Our facility integrates state-of-the-art online bright hydrogen annealing (BA) technology. This heat treatment occurs in a protective hydrogen atmosphere, allowing us to soften the stainless steel pipe inline. This preserves a bright surface finish and eliminates internal stresses without requiring post-annealing chemical pickling.

Our manufacturing envelops outer diameters ranging from 0.125 inches (3.175 mm) to 1 inch (25.4 mm), with wall thicknesses up to 0.165 inches (3.0 mm). By offering continuous spool lengths up to 32,800 feet (10,000 meters) without orbital butt welds, we supply high-integrity lines for subsea control systems, downhole chemical injection, and chemical process instrumentation.
