Can you supply the relevant documentation?

What is the average lead time?

What payment methods do you accept?
We support traditional T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), Western Union, and L/C (Letter of Credit) systems. The standard payment structure is a 30% deposit in advance to secure raw materials and start production, with the remaining 70% balance paid against a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
What is the product warranty period?
We guarantee our material chemistry and workmanship under our corporate warranty program. We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of port arrival, covering repair or replacement of any tubing that does not meet the specified ASTM/ASME standards.
