Our production inventory spans outer diameters ranging from 0.125 inches (3.175 mm) to 1 inch (25.4 mm), with wall thicknesses reaching 0.165 inches (3 mm). For critical subsea umbilicals, we produce continuous coil configurations up to 32,800 feet (10,000 meters) without orbital butt welds.
Standard cold-drawn tubing often retains surface scale and structural tension that can impair operational performance. At Liaocheng Sihe, we use an advanced inline bright annealing (BA) system. This heat treatment takes place in a controlled, oxygen-free hydrogen atmosphere, softening the metal while maintaining a highly reflective, scale-free finish.
